Senior Software Engineer
Sole senior engineer on a HIPAA-compliant platform that helps families coordinate Alzheimer's care, used by 200+ caregivers and patients on AWS, with real-time messaging, push notifications, and shared care plans. Made it audit-ready for healthcare data with encrypted patient information, full audit logging, and role-based access, passing an outside HIPAA readiness review with no critical findings. Merged three separate web and mobile codebases into one TypeScript monorepo, worked directly with clinicians, and mentored two junior engineers.
Senior Software Engineer
Rebuilt a slow legacy real-estate analytics app as a modern Blazor WebAssembly front end, roughly halving page load time and removing the brittle state management that made it hard to change. Built a real-time market-data pipeline with SignalR and SQL Server change tracking that streamed live pricing and inventory to hundreds of concurrent users with sub-second updates, and created a reusable library of data grids, charts, and filters that became the standard building blocks for the product's dashboards.
Software Engineer
Built the software for a self-service food kiosk and robotic cashier in C# / .NET, talking to real payment terminals and hardware over low-level protocols, plus the customer ordering app (Xamarin) and an admin dashboard (ASP.NET Core and Angular). Added automated order routing that noticeably cut kitchen wait times, and a hardware abstraction layer so one codebase ran across three machine models.
Game Developer
Built the multiplayer networking for a VR smart-city simulation in Unity, keeping many users in sync in real time, plus spatial audio, hand-tracking, and on-screen interfaces. Added a desktop spectator client so people without a headset could watch and take part, and automated the art pipeline to turn a multi-hour per-scene chore into a quick one.

Designed lightweight depth estimation model with ResNet18 encoder and U-Net decoder, achieving 42% fewer parameters than Depth Anything V2, 72% faster inference, and better relative error metrics on NYU Depth V2 benchmark.
